Deluxe disposable FFP3 (N99) respirator mask with exhalation valve offers effective protection against bacteria and virii including Avian Flu (H5N1), Swine Flu (H1N1) and SARS. The mask is a fold flat design that is individually packed to enable compact and easy storage. The exhalation valve allows you to wear the mask for longer periods (8 hours max) without the discomfort of heat and moisture build up. FFP3 is the European equivalent of N99.

Current infection control procedures stipulate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for healthcare workers exposed to airborne infection. A correctly fitting FFP3 mask is the PPE component recommended for exposure to viral airborne infections. In addition, FFP3 masks offer protection from fine toxic dusts, bacteria, fibres, aqueous mists, and oil based mists. CE Marked. EN149.2001compliant
Correctly used, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) reduces the possibility of infection. Hand hygiene measures should be used in addition to the use of PPE. Protective equipment should be worn and removed in the correct order. Please note that during and after use the external surfaces of protective equipment are considered potentially contaminated. Never touch your eyes, nose, mouth or face, with potentially contaminated, unclean or gloved hands: you risk infecting yourself.
