Signal Mirror Day Night Use

The Emergency Rescue Mirror is both a DAY and NIGHT Signal Mirror that has a special two-sided reflective surface. The silver mirror side is used as a daytime signal mirror by reflecting the sun’s rays to a distant point. The opposite side is a specially enhanced red mirror optically designed to reflect light sources at night, to better attract rescue teams. Moving a flashlight side-to-side across the red surface simulates a flashing beacon or ultra bright flare seen up to 3 miles away. When disaster strikes, this tool could be the difference between being found or not, and is a must-have for all survival kits.
