- When will I receive my order?
We aim to ship orders the same or next business day - most UK customers should expect their parcels in 2-3 working days
- Is this product in stock?
We use a sophisticated inventory control system to track stock across all our sales channels. You will see an 'Out of Stock' warning on items that are not available for immediate shipment.
- What credit cards do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods through the secure RBS WorldPay Business Gateway
- I want to pay by cheque, what should I do?
If you prefer to pay by cheque, continue to order online and select 'pay by cheque' as a payment method. When you have confirmed your order you can print your invoice. Please send your cheque with a copy of your invoice to the address shown. Your order will be shipped when we have received your cheque. UK bank customers only, please.
- How do I check availability of products?
If the quantity you wish to add to your basket is not in stock - you will be prompted with the actual quantity available.
- I need a VAT receipt, how do I get one?
When you have completed your order, you will be able to print your own VAT Invoice from the confirmation page, a copy will also be emailed to you. Registered customers can sign in to their account for access to all their order details including invoice copies.
- I live in the Channel Islands, can I order online?
Yes, please select Jersey or Guernsey as a destination Country from the drop down menu while creating your profile. You will not be charged VAT. Please note: shipping rates are higher than standard UK rates.
- Do you ship to Europe? What are the shipping charges?
Yes, we do - please click on our 'shipping and returns' link for more information.
- I registered on your old site and don't have a username, how do I sign in?
You can use your registered email address as the username to sign in - your password will remain unchanged.
- I've forgotten my password, how do I sign in?
Use the 'forgot password?' link in the my account section to be sent an email reminder to your email address
- I ordered online from you old website, can I see my previous orders?
Yes, use your email address as a username and sign in to your account for full details of your previous orders.
- We are a company in Europe with a VAT registration number, can you remove VAT from the invoice?
Sorry, at this time online orders to the EU will incur VAT at the standard UK rate. Please contact us with your VAT number to remove VAT manually.
- Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept official NHS and Government P/Os. For more information please click here
- How can I pay with my PayPal account?
Select RBS WorldPay as the payment method and continue to checkout - you will be able to select PayPal as an option from the RBS Payments page.
- Is this site secure?
Yes, any information you enter is sent to us via a secure connection. Click on the Comodo seal on the lower right corner of the page to verify our certificate.
