This pack consists of three #10 tins of Mountain House freeze dried food (25 year shelf-life) providing 22 meals and one pack of long-life, ready-to-eat emergency food ration biscuits. The Mountain House #10 tins are airtight, water tight and extremely robust. The freeze dried food will require the addition of boiling water* to prepare. We have added five-year shelf life biscuits to the pack to supply a ready-to-eat solution should it be required. The total calories included in this pack is 14,446 kcal which is more than 2000 calories a day for seven days.

This pack provides enough nutrition for one active person (2000 kcal/day) for 7 days
