Shipping & Returns
UK Shipping
Orders over the value of £60.00 (net of VAT) are shipped free of charge within the UK mainland by two working-day courier service.
Orders under the value of £60.00 (net of VAT) will incur the following shipping charge:
Order weight under 500g: £1.90 plus VAT
Order weight of 500g and over: £4.95 plus VAT
For an extra charge, you may also select 'Special Delivery' as a shipping option. This is a guaranteed next working-day delivery, however, your order must be made before 1pm.
We aim to ship the same or next working day from receipt of your order.
When it is not possible to ship the goods within four working days, we will inform you in writing. Most orders to UK business customers will arrive within two business days. All deliveries will require a signature so please make the appropriate arrangements. Every effort will be made to deliver within the stated time; however, no liability can be accepted for delays. Smaller orders and some orders to residential delivery addresses will be shipped by Royal Mail.
European & International Shipping
Orders to European countries will be shipped by International mail or Courier. Shipping charges to European countries will vary according to the weight of the items ordered. As an example, the shipping charge for a one kg parcel to Europe is less than £10.
Orders shipped to the European Union will incur VAT at the current UK rate (20%). When ordering online you will be able to view all the charges, including shipping and tax, prior to final order confirmation and payment.
Kindly note that international orders are shipped by air, therefore, we can not ship hazardous material. If your order contains materials that are not acceptable for airfreight, we will remove these items from your order. Examples are matches, aerosols and combustible materials. If in doubt, please email us before ordering.
We are only able to accept online orders to a limited number of international destinations outside of the European Union. Shipping charges will vary according to the weight of the items ordered. International orders to non-EU destinations will not be charged VAT (value added tax).
Cancellation & Returns
We conform fully to the UK consumers' rights and the EU distance selling regulations. In addition, we operate a 'no quibbles' return policy. evaQ8 aims for 100% customer satisfaction and therefore you may cancel an order any time before the goods have been shipped by contacting us via phone, email or fax. If you wish to cancel or return an order that has already been shipped, please call or write to us within 30 days of having received the order by fax, post or email in the first instance to receive return instructions. Goods that are returned without prior notice might incur delays in processing.
All claims for damages or shortages must be received within 3 days of receipt. Non delivery must be reported within two weeks of invoice date.
