Ready-to-eat meals have been pre-cooked, you can eat them hot or cold. Also known as ambient meals or shelf-stable meals, as they require no refrigeration, they are packed in retort packaging, a type of metalised plastic pouch which has a long shelf-life. Eat them directly from the bag, place the whole bag in hot or boiling water or pour them out into a pan and heat normally.

A selection of various menu choices, 90 meals in all, means you're spoilt for choice. Including vegetarian, chicken and beef based meals. The meals have an average pack weight of 300g.

This kit can be used as it is for contingency planning (sheltering in place) or to supplement a freeze dried survival food kit. 

No need for refrigeration.
