2-Day Emergency Preparedness Kit for One

This pack consists of 8 foil pouches of freeze dried food, providing one person with 3 meals plus a dessert per day for 2 days. The pouches are airtight and water tight. The freeze dried food will require the addition of boiling water to prepare. These pouches have a 7-year shelf-life from the day of manufacture. Please allow for approximately 6 months less than the full shelf life to account for our supply chain. An excellent way to sample these Fuel Your Preparation flavours.

This pack provides enough nutrition for one active person (1628 kcal/day) for 2 days or in survival situations, it can provide one adult (800 kcal/day) for up to 4 days
