  • When will I receive my order?
Orders received before 1pm on a workday (Mo-Fr) are shipped out the same day - most UK customers should expect their parcels in 2-3 working days, many times, even faster.
  • Is this product in stock?

We use a sophisticated inventory control system to track stock across all our sales channels. Only when you see an 'Out of Stock' warning are items not available for immediate shipment. We replenish our stocks frequently so you can simply save your shopping basket and check back in a couple of days.

  • How do I check availability of products?

If the quantity you wish to add to your basket is not in stock - you will be prompted with the actual quantity available.

  • I live in the Channel Islands, can I order online?
Yes, please select Jersey or Guernsey as a destination Country from the drop down menu while creating your profile. You will not be charged VAT. Please note: shipping rates differ from standard UK rates.
  • Do you ship to Europe? What are the shipping charges?

Yes, we do - please click on our 'shipping and returns' link for more information. Shipping charges depend on the weight of your order and are calculated automatically.

  • I live in the USA, can you ship here?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to North America at this time.  

  • I want to pay by cheque, what should I do?
If you prefer to pay by cheque, continue to order online and select 'pay by cheque/bank transfer' as a payment method. When you have confirmed your order you can print your invoice. Please send your cheque with a copy of your invoice to the address shown. Your order will be shipped when we have received your cheque. UK bank customers only, please.
  • I need a VAT receipt, how do I get one?
When you have completed your order, you will be able to print an order acknowledgment which includes VAT information from the confirmation page. A copy will also be emailed to you. A hard copy of your VAT sales receipt will be sent with your order. Registered customers can sign in to their account for access to all their order details including order acknowledments.
  • I've forgotten my password, how do I sign in?
Simply use the 'forgot password?' link in the 'my account section' to be sent an email reminder to your email address
  • We are a company in Europe with a VAT registration number, can you remove VAT from the invoice?
Please use the new customer link to register and remember to include your VAT number in the space provided. VAT will be removed from your order total if your VAT number is verified.
  • Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept official NHS and Government P/Os; more information
  • Is this site secure?
Yes, we use industry standard 256-bit encryption. Info and payments are handled securely via PAYPAL.
