You can have the main meal, cake and a hot drink as the midday meal. The snack bar and other hot drink some other time and the boiled sweets as you walk.
The hot drinks mean you need a cooker, which reduces the benefit of the flameless ration heater, but you can get the ration heating and use the cooker to heat water at the same time.

The UK assembled packs contains a main meal, an energy bar, snacks, powdered drink and an accessory kit. A flameless ration heater is included to self-heat the main meal without the need for a fire or a stove. All the components are pre-cooked and ready to eat, hot or cold. The pack provides over 1300 kcal per meal which is in line with standard military requirements for highly active soldiers.
