You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your order. You must cancel your order in writing. You can send us an email or a letter to notify us.

Here is an example of a cancellation form that  you may wish to use:

I, (your name), hereby give notice to cancel my order of sale for goods received on (date received) with order reference no (your invoice, acknowledgment or delivery note number).

You must inform us of your wish to cancel within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation without delay. If you exercise your right to cancel, it is your responsibility to send the goods back to us at our mailing address. You are responsible for the return costs. You should return the goods within 14 days of your notice to cancel.  We will reimburse the value of the goods within a maximum of 14 days after receipt at our address. If items are returned damaged, we retain the right to reduce the refunded amount.
