This pre-cooked, ready-to-eat meal is supplied in a convenient pouch and can be eaten cold or hot.  Place the pouch in boiling water for 7-8 minutes to heat and then simply open and eat directly from the pouch. If you prefer, or in emergencies, you can eat this meal without heating directly from the metalisedpouch. You may also use the flameless ration heater to heat these meals.
