Emergency Shelter

This is the medium group shelter or bothy bag that will shelter 4 to 5 people in the event of adverse weather. Use as an emergency shelter to keep you dry and warm or for having lunch or checking your map in bad weather. The bothy bag is made from waterproof and windproof fabric with a stuff sack including draw cord. The base of the bag features a draw string - you can draw the base inwards and use it to sit on. Hydrostatic head is 3000mm for the shelter. 

To use, unpack and shake out while gripping firmly in high winds. Place overhead of you and your group, draw down over your back until you can sit on it while crouching. Adjust drawcord as needed. Sit facing each other to keep the shelter tight and reduce flapping in the wind.
