A rescue extrication collar for temporary use on patients with a suspected neck injury. 

The Ambu Perfit ACE extrication collar adjusts to any adult-size neck with 16 different settings ranging from neckless to tall. The latches allow the rescuer to size the collar according to the victim's neck. Two safety buttons hold the collar in place for maximum reliability. The collar stores completely flat.
