Super absorbent, made from stretch bandage material with a dressing pad. For use when more than standard HSE dressing is required. Maxiflex dressings are suitable for all major injuries. All first aiders, emergency services and emergency service personnel are recommended to use this dressing.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Maxiflex multi-absorbent dressings do not containsuperabsorber powders. Sanitary towels and incontinence pads routinely use superabsorber powders which turn to gel on contact with water. Naturally, should these enter the bloodstream they can present a critical risk.
