March 2022: We are experiencing very high order rates, we are working hard to process orders in a timely manner, but delays are possible.
Orders received before noon on working days are shipped the same day (with some exceptions). Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not considered working days.
Your shopping basket automatically calculates the correct shipping charge for your order.
Orders over the value of £100 (inc VAT) are shipped free of charge within the UK by 1 to 2 working-day tracked service.
Orders with a value of £100 or below will incur a charge of £5.96 plus VAT for tracked delivery. There is an optional budget rate of £3.84 plus VAT for very light items.
For an additional charge which is calculated according to the weight of the items in your order, you may also select 'Next Working Day' as a shipping option. This is a guaranteed next working-day delivery (UK mainland), however, your order must be completed before 1pm Monday to Friday. Please note that we cannot ship hazardous goods via this service. Please contact us if you require more details.
Most orders will arrive within two business days. The majority of deliveries will require a signature so please make the appropriate arrangements. Every effort will be made to deliver within the stated time; however, no liability can be accepted for delays.
For delivery to the Channel Islands, please select Jersey or Guernsey as a destination country from the drop down menu while creating your profile. You will not be charged VAT. However, shipping rates will vary from standard UK mainland rates.
Shipping to Northern Ireland: Orders shipped to NI may incur customs charges and fees which the buyer is liable for. Please be aware of potential shipping delays due to customs procedures.
Shipping to remote locations
Courier services sometimes subcontract deliveries to remote or difficult to reach locations which can result in delays. Sadly, this is outside of our control. Please consider shipping to an alternative address to avoid disappointment. If in doubt simply contact us.

We continue to ship to our business customers in Europe. Please contact us by email and we will provide quotations for shipping charges.

Orders to European countries will be shipped by international mail or parcel carrier. Shipping charges to European countries vary according to the weight of the items ordered and destination zone. Orders shipped to the European Union incur VAT at the current UK rate. When ordering online you will be able to view all the charges, including shipping and tax, prior to final order confirmation and payment.
For all orders destined outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for any customs and handling charges. Import restrictions may apply to international orders, please ensure that the items your order are not restricted in your destination country.
We ship to the following European countries, now at reduced rates of up to 60% savings:
We are only able to accept online orders to a limited number of international destinations outside of the European Union. International orders to European, but non-EU, countries including Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland will not be charged VAT (value added tax). We are currently unable to ship to North America. Any other destinations please contact us for a shipping quotation. Orders to international destinations that are cancelled will incur an administritive charges.
Cancellation & Returns
We conform to the UK consumers' rights and the EU distance selling regulations. In addition, we operate a 'no quibbles' return policy. EVAQ8 aims for 100% customer satisfaction and therefore you may cancel an order any time before the goods have been shipped by contacting us via phone, email or fax. If you wish to return a order within 30 days of shipment, please follow our Returns procedure. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs for returned orders. Please also note, we are unable to accept the returns of any food items or safety equipment that is not in its original and unopened packaging.
Real-time availability is displayed for each product. Out of stock items are not available to order online. In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet our expected delivery timescale for an order, you will be notified and given the option of cancelling your order. If you wish to cancel an order within 14 days of shipment, please use our Cancellation procedure.
All claims for damages or shortages must be received within 3 days of receipt. Non delivery must be reported within two weeks of invoice date.Also see our Terms & Conditions or if you wish to return an item (Returns)
If you have received faulty items please write to us with a description of the fault and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for repair, replacement or refund.
